Description
Genvolt Electron Beam power supplies consist of a range of high powered units, with power ranges available from 60kV up to 200kV. Both the DC filament and bias power supply are intergrated within the mechanical build.
Current for the filament and bias voltages are measured at high potential, with the measurement sent via fibre optic connection to the control system.
Genvolt electron beam power supplies in corporate high power inverter technology as well as a patented rectification transformer with low stored energy and high reliability.

Protection
Circuit protection:
The units can adopt either air or water cooling technologies and comes with complete in-built protection against over voltage, over current, over heat and discharge detection. This enables the unit to perform continously over extended periods.
Control ports
User interface connector and rear panel connections:
There are five sets of wiring terminals on the rear panel of the power supply, which are the ports for remote control of the power supply.
